Dave Gilles and Barb Bishop, siblings and business partners, are retiring from their Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Centers franchise in Fenton. Having run the establishment since 2005, they have both contributed significantly to its operations, with distinct areas of expertise in the administrative aspects. They are currently training Brad Brokaw, the new owner, ensuring he is well-prepared to maintain a strong rapport with the business’s customers.
Brokaw, moving from Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, brings diverse experience from over a decade of working with Saudi Aramco in the Middle East and a background in television journalism. He and his family, including his daughter, wife, son, and three Labradors, value the sense of community and plan to uphold the standards set by the previous owners. Drawing from principles that have guided him through life, Brokaw intends to maintain the high-quality service and fair pricing that customers have come to expect from the establishment.
