Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Centers Partners with High Level Marketing to Launch New Website

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (May 1, 2012) - Out with the old, in with the new!

Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Centers is proud to announce the launch of a new and improved website at www.autolabusa.com. The website is exceptionally user-friendly with a car care tips blog, unique customer offers and language translator. The site also includes an Ask a Tech section that allows for customers to send in their car questions that are personally responded to by an ASE certified Auto-Lab technician.

“When we embarked on the project of updating our website, we wanted to create a space that leaves our customers feeling important and satisfied, much like they do when they visit our stores,” said Stephen Wilson, Auto-Lab President & COO. “I believe that we have accomplished this feat while educating our customers in the process. For example our site, including the car care tips blog, is available in Spanish which is often the first language of the customers at our Florida locations.”

Auto-Lab partnered with High Level Marketing (HLM) to create a website that is representative of the high standards of both Michigan-based companies. “Working with Auto-Lab has been a great experience for our entire team, from management to development to customer service.  Auto-Lab was able to share their goals, we listened, and most importantly we executed. Companies like Auto-Lab and ours demand a higher standard and it’s great to see those collaborative efforts come to fruition,” said Jon Bowerman, HLM Director of Design/Development.

Auto-Lab, in operation since 1989, currently operates franchise locations in Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Florida and California. Each repair comes complete with a 12 month/ 12,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor with an emphasis on complete car care. Since 2006, High Level Marketing (HLM) has increased over a thousand clients’ bottom lines through website design, development, and organic search engine optimization (SEO). HLM has made significant investments in research and development, creating their own proprietary software for clients to easily manage their websites and power their online marketing programs.

“We welcome you to tell us what you think,” said Lauren Grigsby, Auto-Lab Manager of Corporate Communications & Marketing. “Visit our website at www.autolabusa.com and post your comments to our Facebook Page or Twitter.”
