I have had my SUV serviced here two times. The first time everything was explained to me, I was given a ride home since I had to leave my SUV, and my SUV was finished when promised. The second time I made an appointment. I only waited about five minutes until they pulled my SUV in the bay. About five minutes later, I was escorted into the bay so they could show me the problem, which they said they could not fix (ended up needing a welder). I asked for a recommendation of where to have it fixed, which they gave me, and I was on my way without being charged a service fee, which I was very appreciative of. This place is great! My experience was nothing but pleasant. They not just did the typical "telling you" what needs repairs, but took me out to the garage and actually showed me the issue with my car. Then found an alternative repair to fix the issue that was more affordable and in my budget. Roger, the mechanic was knowledgeable and fixed up my car and the problem was completely gone! They even dropped me off at work while my car was being repaired so I didn't have to walk. I HIGHLY recommend this place! - Nata D.

They won't try to sell you something you don't need or slip random charges into your bill just to pad their pocket. They've earned my business and my trust! Thought I had a brake issue and scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. The gentleman there made it a point to contact me to let me know how serious of an issue this could be and moved appointments around to fit me in the same day. Turned out nothing major was wrong, but they treated me like I was their only customer and that my safety meant the world to them. Service like this is one of a kind and hard to find. Auto Lab is our go-to place for oil changes and automotive repairs. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for a few years and have never had bad service. The staff is extremely friendly and they are right on time when you set up appointments! My wife's vehicle needed some repairs and the parts needed to be ordered, so it was going to take a couple days to complete. Auto Lab was able to give us a vehicle loaner to use locally, so that we were not restricted to only one vehicle, for a family of 4. I highly recommend Auto Lab to family and friends frequently. - Erik S
I not only enjoyed my time spent at Auto-Lab, they were kind enough to loan me a car for $1.00. Who does that today??? The last time I took my car to the dealership, it cost close to $300 for a car! The work done was definitely to my expectations, and now I will never take my car anywhere else.

I recently brought my 09' Ford Fusion to Auto Lab due to issues with the serpentine belt and insert pulley. I was very happy with the customer service and work done on my vehicle. The employees at Auto Lab were very clear and concise when describing what needed to be fixed on my car. Overall, my car was fixed in 1-day at a fair rate and I was extremely satisfied! - Craig Y
I brought my 2012 Toyota Camry to have a vehicle inspection for my brakes. I was told by the dealership that I needed to have the back brake pads and rotators done immediately. I felt that the dealership was trying to take an advantage of me. After I was had my vehicle inspected, I was told that I didn't need to have my brake pads and rotators fixed. I was impressed with Auto-Lab's employees level of honesty and professionalism. I will make sure to bring my car back to Auto-Lab when I need to have my brake pads serviced. - Danielle B.
