The BBB awards Accredited Business status only after meeting certain standards of business conduct. Auto-Lab Novi was nominated for this award based on positive reviews from customers and on rapid resolution of customer issues.
The location went through several interviews from the BBB, which eventually led to Auto-Lab Novi's successful Accreditation award.
